We review and call you
A pharmacist checks the prescription for accuracy and formulation needs, then we call you to confirm details, pricing, timing and delivery. Payment is collected before we compound.
We compound it
Your medication is prepared in our Arcadia laboratory to your provider's exact instructions and checked before it is dispensed.

We ship anywhere in California. Local pickup in Arcadia is available by calling ahead.
Pricing & payment
EpitomeRx is a cash-pay pharmacy, meaning we do not bill insurance. Because every compound is prepared for you, pricing depends on the formula, strength and quantity. We'll quote your price when we call to confirm your order, before anything is prepared.
- Payment is by credit or debit card over the phone, collected in full before we compound, so there's never a balance to settle later.
- HSA and FSA cards can be used like any other card over the phone; check with your plan
- Ask for a universal claim form to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement
Shipping & pickup
Timing depends on the compound. Common formulas with ingredients in stock are usually ready to ship within 24 to 48 hours; new formulas or ingredients we need to order take 2 to 3 business days to arrive, plus time to compound. We ship anywhere in California with packaging appropriate for your medication. Local pickup in Arcadia is available by calling ahead.
