Refill a prescription

How refills work

• Request your refill by phone. Call 626.631.6150 and follow the prompts to request a refill through our automated phone line, or stay on the line to speak with us. Have your prescription number ready. It's printed on your label. Please call before you run out.
• We check your prescription. If no refills remain, we contact your provider for a new prescription.
• We confirm and collect payment. We'll call to confirm timing, take payment and ask whether you'd like delivery or pickup. We compound once payment is received.
• Delivered or ready for pickup. Timing depends on the compound and whether ingredients are in stock. We'll let you know when we call.
