Transfer a prescription

Compounded prescriptions. We transfer compounded prescriptions. Commercially manufactured medications should stay at your current pharmacy.

What we need

• Your name, date of birth and phone number
• The name and phone number of your current pharmacy
• The medication name, and the prescription number if you have it

What happens next

We contact your current pharmacy to transfer the prescription, review the formula, and call you to confirm pricing and delivery. Some compounded prescriptions can't be transferred between pharmacies; if that happens, we'll reach out to your provider for a new prescription.

Controlled substance prescriptions have additional transfer rules. We'll let you know what's needed.
