These Terms of Use govern your use of epitomerx.com (the "Site"), operated by EpitomeRx, Inc. ("EpitomeRx," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

Not medical advice

Information on the Site is educational. It is not medical advice and does not replace a consultation with your healthcare provider. Compounded medications are dispensed only with a valid prescription and are not FDA approved.

If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

Prescriptions

Prescription medications are not sold through the Site. Prescriptions are filled only for patients in California and only after pharmacist review. We may decline to fill any prescription in our professional judgment.

Retail products

Nº 29 is a cosmetic product.

Returns and refunds. Compounded prescriptions are prepared for one patient and can't be returned once they are dispensed. If there is a problem with your order that we caused, contact us and we will review it. Valid issues are refunded or replaced. Nº 29 skincare may be returned unopened within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Third-party sites

The Site links to third-party services such as Fullscript and our payment processor. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, images, logos and the Nº 29 name and design, belongs to EpitomeRx or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, EpitomeRx disclaims all warranties regarding the Site and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
