Compounding services
From hormone therapy to dermatology and LDN, we prepare personalized medications to each prescription. We also prepare pediatric and veterinary compounds.
Our services
Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy
Hormones play an essential role in regulating metabolism, mood, sleep, energy and reproductive health. When they shift, compounded bioidentical hormones let your provider tailor therapy to you.
Dermatology Compounding
Dermatologic medications can be hard to find or limited in strength and formulation. Compounding lets providers prescribe exactly what each patient's skin needs.
Low Dose Naltrexone
Low dose naltrexone has drawn growing clinical interest. Because low strengths aren't manufactured, a compounding pharmacy prepares them to your provider's prescription.
Topical Pain Management
Pain management often calls for an individualized approach. Compounded topicals are applied directly to the area your provider directs.
Pediatric Compounding
Compounding adjusts strength, form and flavor so a child's dose and dosage form match the prescription.
Dental & Oral Compounding
We prepare topical anesthetic gels and other oral preparations for dentists, oral surgeons and their patients.
Veterinary Compounding
Animals often need medications that aren't made in the strength or form they require. We prepare custom medications from your veterinarian's prescription.
How it works
Send your prescription
Your provider e-prescribes to EpitomeRx, faxes the prescription to 626.631.6151, or calls it in. Already have a prescription elsewhere? We can transfer it.
We review and call you
A pharmacist checks the prescription for accuracy and formulation needs, then we call you to confirm details, pricing, timing and delivery. Payment is collected before we compound.
We compound it
Your medication is prepared in our Arcadia laboratory to your provider's exact instructions and checked before it is dispensed.
Delivered to your door
We ship anywhere in California. Local pickup in Arcadia is available by calling ahead.
